Debra Allen is a retired San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Homicide Investigator and retired Senior Investigator in the Riverside County District Attorney’s Homicide Division, with decades of experience in complex death investigations. For more than 20 years, she has been a licensed Private Investigator in California and Hawaii, focusing on homicides, suicides, and other suspicious deaths for defense counsel, insurance providers, and private clients.
