Andrew “Drew” Sustaita
Andrew “Drew” Sustaita, M.S.S., is an investigations and digital forensics professional with more than 15 years of experience spanning federal intelligence, private investigation, and defense sectors. He began his career as a Signals Intelligence Analyst with US Army Special Operations and the National Security Agency, where he led investigations involving complex digital, wireless, and mobile device evidence in support of national security operations. Since then, he has managed digital investigations and provided subject matter expertise in both civil and criminal cases, working closely with attorneys, law enforcement, and corporate stakeholders to integrate digital and physical evidence into clear, defensible findings.
Drew holds a Master of Security Studies in Intelligence, Security Studies, and Analysis, along with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice. He is a licensed Texas Private Investigator and has completed extensive specialized training and certifications from vendors like Cellebrite and Paraben, as well as McAfee Institute’s Social Media Intelligence Expert. Drew was also named Honor Graduate upon finishing Brandon Perron’s esteemed Defense Investigator course. As a full member of professional organizations such as the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators (TALI), National Defender Investigators Association (NDIA), and National Association for Public Defense (NAPD), he brings both recognized expertise and a strong record of professional service to the investigative community.
