Eli Wilkerson is a United States Army Combat Veteran [Signal Corps & Civil Affairs] and a former TABC Agent. He has earned an MBAand some of his professional certifications include: Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Computer Hacking Forensics Investigator (CHFI), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Currently, Eli is preparing for the CEH Practical Exam, a six-hour hacking challenge.

Josh Ring, CIC is the President of El Dorado Insurance Agency, Inc., an insurance agency specializing in custom insurance programs for the Security and Investigative Industies since 1968.  Josh oversees the agency and its customers, along with coordinating the development of new insurance products and programs.  Josh graduated from The University of Texas McCombs School of Business with academic honors. He also holds a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.  Josh lives in Fulshear, Texas with his wife and two children.  In his spare time, Josh loves to run, travel, and spend time with his family.

Angela Tanzillo-Swarts has a wide range of experience in forensic DNA testing, DNA relationship (paternity) testing, crime scene investigation, laboratory automation, DNA data-banking, bloodstain pattern analysis, laboratory quality assurance, cancer research and rapid implementation of testing for emergent viruses and has testified as expert witness. Angela has given over 30 customized scientific presentations and training to diverse audiences including fellow scientists, law enforcement professionals, prosecutors, defense counsels, judiciary, law clerks, medical professionals, social services and students. Andrew “Drew” Sustaita, M.S.S., is an investigations and digital forensics professional with more than 15 years of experience spanning federal intelligence, private investigation, and defense sectors. He began his career as a Signals Intelligence Analyst with US Army Special Operations and the National Security Agency, where he led investigations involving complex digital, wireless, and mobile device evidence in support of national security operations. Since then, he has managed digital investigations and provided subject matter expertise in both civil and criminal cases, working closely with attorneys, law enforcement, and corporate stakeholders to integrate digital and physical evidence into clear, defensible findings.

Drew holds a Master of Security Studies in Intelligence, Security Studies, and Analysis, along with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice. He is a licensed Texas Private Investigator and has completed extensive specialized training and certifications from vendors like Cellebrite and Paraben, as well as McAfee Institute’s Social Media Intelligence Expert. Drew was also named Honor Graduate upon finishing Brandon Perron’s esteemed Defense Investigator course. As a full member of professional organizations such as the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators (TALI), National Defender Investigators Association (NDIA), and National Association for Public Defense (NAPD), he brings both recognized expertise and a strong record of professional service to the investigative community.

Bill Clutter specializes in crime scene analysis, post-conviction investigations, death penalty mitigation and fact investigation, as well as complex civil investigations. Bill started his career in 1985, when he was appointed to his first death penalty case as a fact investigator. When
Illinois abolished the death penalty in 2011, Chicago Tribune columnist Eric Zorn credited Bill, and a handful of others, for his work to free the wrongfully convicted. In 2001, co-founded the Illinois Innocence Project at the University of Illinois at Springfield (UIS). In 2019, he called
Illinois’ Attorney General to establish a state-wide conviction integrity unit, which was implemented in 2024. After moving to Louisville in 2013, Bill started a not-for-profit organization called Investigating Innocence, which help to free three more innocent people from prison.

Ken Lewis, President and Director of Training at the Prevent-Prepare-Protect Training and Consulting (P³TC) and President of the Texas Handgun Association.

He is a Range Master, Master Firearms Instructor, NRA Training Counselor, NRA Practical Pistol Coach Development Staff, NRA/USA Shooting Pistol and Shotgun Coach, Training and Shooting Range Consultant, a college professor with active security, military, and law enforcement experience, and formerly a National Shooting Sports Foundation Range Action Specialist and the VP/Director of a nonprofit training school. He is nationally recognized as an expert witness and subject matter expert he is often called to review and testify in shooting range design and use, training and use of force.

His experience includes emergency management and disaster response, working with numerous employers and enterprise-level corporate customers to manage and minimize risk through the application of periodic assessments, intelligence, and threat management techniques. After retiring from 24 years in the US Air Force, Ken was the Range Program Manager at UXB International Inc. and Concept Planner with AMEC Earth and Environmental. Mr. Lewis was the principle operational adviser in development of RATPAC™. He has held leadership and management doctrine positions, and worked a broad range of specialties throughout his career, e.g. communication systems, facility maintenance, law enforcement/security, Emergency Service Teams (SWAT), small arms training and repair, Secret Service Presidential security, and instructing/teaching intellectual and mechanical skills. Mr. Lewis has extensive experience in project and program management.

Noted speaker, writer and an Eagle Scout, he is/was a member of the NRA-Life, THA-Life, TSRA, IALEFI, ILEETA, and NSSF-Life. He holds an A.A. in Security Administration from the Community College of the Air Force, an A.A. in Business Management from Wayland Baptist University, a B.S. in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University, and a Master of Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University.
